From Zero to AED 2.9M — The Story of 24beauty.ae and the Vision Behind 24BeautyMap

In 2021 I started with one idea and no investors. Today we have AED 2.9M+ in proven revenue, 20,000 clients, 100+ freelancers, and two websites on Page 1 of Google. This is the story of how we built the UAE beauty market from scratch — and why we are now building the app that will transform it forever.

It Started With a Problem I Lived Every Day

In 2021 I looked at the beauty industry in Dubai and saw something that bothered me deeply. Clients were spending hours searching Instagram, sending messages on WhatsApp, calling numbers that never answered — just to book a simple hair appointment at home.

Freelance beauty professionals were talented, hardworking, and struggling. Not because they lacked skill. Because nobody could find them. They were invisible — buried in Instagram feeds, lost in group chats, underpaid because they had no negotiating power and no visibility.

The market was worth billions. The demand was real. The professionals existed. The connection between them was completely broken.

I did not build 24beauty.ae because I saw a business opportunity. I built it because I saw a problem that was making life harder for thousands of people every single day — and I knew exactly how to fix it.

The Journey — 2021 to Today

2021 — THE BEGINNING

24beauty.ae launches — no funding, no investors

Started with a simple website connecting clients with beauty professionals across Dubai. Zero marketing budget. Zero outside investment. Just hard work, deep market knowledge, and a belief that the UAE needed this. First clients came within weeks.

2022 — BUILDING THE FOUNDATION

First 1,000 clients · First 20 freelancers · First AED 500K

Word spread fast. Clients who found a trusted professional through 24beauty.ae came back — and brought friends. 10–12% monthly repeat rateproved this was not a one-time service. We were building real loyalty. Launched homeservicesalons24.com as our second brand.

2023 — MARKET VALIDATION

Page 1 Google · 50+ freelancers · Revenue grows 3x

Two years of consistent content, real client reviews, and genuine service earned us Page 1 Google rankings for "home service salon" and "beauty home service UAE." This was not bought — it was earned. Organic traffic meant real clients finding us every single day for free. Launched 24hairdxb.com.

2024 — SCALE & DATA

AED 2.9M revenue · 20,000 clients · 100+ freelancers

The numbers speak for themselves. AED 2.9M+ in verified online payments in one year alone — and that is only what went through our online system. A significant additional volume was paid in cash and directly. 3 brands. 3 websites. One unified operation running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2025 — THE PIVOT TO TECH

AI chat · App development begins · 24BeautyMap is born

We launched an AI chat on our platforms. 2,000 conversations in 3 months — without an app, without advertising. Pure demand. Clients were already looking for a digital experience. The app is now 50% built. The data we collected over 5 years is the foundation for something much bigger.

2026 — THE LAUNCH YEAR

24BeautyMap launches · GCC expansion begins

This is the year everything we built becomes a platform. 24BeautyMap — a geo-located beauty booking app where every client can find every verified professional on a live map, book in seconds, and pay in-app. Home or salon. 24/7. Dubai first. Then the entire GCC.

The Data We Have Built — 5 Years of Real Proof

Most startups pitch projections. We pitch history. Every number below is real, verifiable, and available to serious investors on request.

These are not vanity metrics. Each number represents a real business insight. 20,000 client contacts means 24BeautyMap launches with a warm audience on day one — not from zero. 100+ operational freelancersmeans the supply side is solved before the app goes live. Page 1 Google means free organic traffic every single day — built over 5 years and impossible to copy overnight.

And the AED 2.9M? That is online payments only. A large portion of our transactions happen in cash or directly between client and freelancer. The real revenue is significantly higher.

What 5 Years Taught Us That No Startup Can Buy

  • Home service is the future— 70%+ of our bookings are home visits. Clients in Dubai will pay more to have the professional come to them.

  • Repeat business is the real revenue— our 10–12% monthly repeat rate means clients are not just trying us, they are replacing their old habits with us.

  • The market has no dominant app yet— in 5 years of operating we have not seen a single competitor come close to owning this space digitally. The window is open right now.

The Vision — What 24BeautyMap Will Become

We are not building just a booking app. We are building the operating system for the beauty industry in the GCC.

Where We Are Going — And Who We Want Beside Us

We are raising $1.5M seed round for 15% equity across two brands — 24BeautyMap and Nova24Beauty, our competitive sister brand built to own two segments of the market simultaneously.

The investment will be used to complete the app, build the team, launch the ads marketplace, and begin KSA expansion. Investor returns start from day one — the existing website generates AED 150,000–300,000 every month right now.

We are not looking for just capital. We are looking for partners who bring regional network, tech expertise, or beauty industry connections alongside their investment.

We didn't come up with an idea and ask for money to test it. We built the market first. Now we are raising to scale what already works.
